How we get from a claim to a checked result
This page describes method, not inventory. An equipment list appears here only when the equipment is owned and documented.
The loop
The loop the institute commits to for its own experimental work; only the subject changes.
-
State the claim before the experiment. What should happen, on what objects, measured how — written down first, so the result cannot drift to fit the data.
-
Build the minimum hardware that can falsify it. In-house design and fabrication where the mechanism is the question; standard components where it is not.
-
Run a fixed protocol on the bench. Object sets chosen to fail current methods; repeated runs; failures counted, not edited out.
-
Publish the claim with its evidence beside it. DOI, run videos, and the code, CAD, and data that let a stranger re-check it from their desk.
What we can say today
Three founders with 10+ year publication records; a physical bench in Tehran; programs in grasping, perception, control and biomedical engineering that share it. The faculty’s published work to date is mostly modelling, simulation and data analysis. What we cannot yet show — completed institute projects, an equipment inventory — this site does not claim. The faculty’s published records are the evidence in the meantime.
